LeguGest is a blend of carbohydrate-digesting vegetable enzymes designed to improve digestion and tolerability of many healthful foods, particularly the legumes and crucifers that often produce flatulence. LeguGest contains alpha-galactosidase, as well as a suite of other carbohydrate and starch-digesting enzymes, all known to aid in the digestion of legumes such as kidney beans, black beans, lima beans, etc., as well as cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower.
