Twice Daily Multi� contains optimal amounts of many nutrients not easily obtained in most diets, including 200 mcg of selenium, 400 mcg of chromium, and 50 IUs of vitamin E in mixed-tocopherol form. This multivitamin offers high amounts of many essential vitamins and minerals such as the B vitamins B6, B12, and our proprietary NatureFolate� blend of active isomer naturally-occuring folates, all of which help lower serum homocysteine levels. Minerals in this formula are in true chelate form for optimal tolerance and absorption.
