ThinStick Shake is a meal replacement powder
made with natural vanilla flavor and rice and egg proteins. Each serving
contains two servings of ThinStick, 50% of RDA for most vitamins &
minerals, and 21 grams of protein with just 265 calories! Just add
1-2 scoops to cold water 1-2 times per day.
Mechanism of Action
ThinStick triggers the natural appetite control mechanism known as
GLP-1. The ThinStick microstructure is thought to delay the digestion
of the core palm-oil droplets in the stomach and small intestine.
Because of the slower digestion of the oat fraction, these droplets
pass relatively undisturbed through the first part of the digestive
tract and into the latter part of the small intestine, the ileum.
Undigested fat in the ileum is recognized as a signal that the body
is satisfied; therefore the brain will be informed that there is no
need to take in more food. This signaling mechanism, also referred
to as the Ileal Brake Mechanism, causes a satiety effect. The fat
from ThinStick is digested as normal further on in the ileum.*
Barbara Blaines Testimony:
"I am writing this letter because I believe
in this product completely. I was asked to do a test program for this
product. From the beginning, I was completely satisfied with
a smaller amount of food. There are no side effects. I am a
person who is very sensitive to side effects of different diet products
that are available. I could eat what I wanted and still lose
weight. That included snitching potato chips. I have lost over
50 lbs with this product. I have tried everything including Weight Watchers,
Jenny Craig, etc. and nothing compared with this product. It is so easy
to use and I was never hungry. I was just able to eat less. As
I lost more weight I found the craving for things like potato chips
went away. It also seemed to kick in my old metabolism which
at the age of 68 seemed to have disappeared. I have started so many
people on this product with nothing but thank you's from them for telling
them about "ThinSticks". I want to thank the staff at Metabolic
Maintenance for the support and help they gave me. Also a new life as
I have lost 3 sizes."
Sincerely,
Barbara Blaine
