How
do I remove something from my Shopping Cart?
To
remove an item from your Shopping Cart, simply change the
item quantity to zero and then click on recalculate and the
product will be automatically taken out of your cart.
How
do I change the quantity of an item I'm buying?
Change
item quantity to the number of bottles you want, and then
click recalculate to update it.
How
do I find the particular item I'm looking for?
If
you are unable to locate a particular item using our search
box on the top of each page. You may also browse by categories
on our BioGenesis Products health issue box also located
on the top of each page. If this proves unsuccessful, please
feel free to contact our Customer Service Representative
and we will be happy to locate the product for you. If we
do not carry the product we will help refer you to someone
who does.
Can
I change an order I've already placed?
Since
we strive for fast, efficient service, most orders are shipped
within 24 hours. So it may already be too late to change.
The moment you decide to change an order, contact our Customer

If
we are unable to catch your order before it is shipped, you
can always return the item for a refund (less shipping and
